My experience at Waxkin was amazing. I have gone to other wax salons in the U.S. and I have not had the privilege of finding one that was as hygienic and welcoming as this one. Zero judgment was felt while being here. I appreciated my first appointment being with the owner because she was able to explain the entire process as well as the products she uses. Loved the service, I booked an appointment and they respected the time. I arrived a few minutes early and they walked me right in. There is plenty of parking in front and the premises are very clean. I found Waxkin while traveling and I reached out via WhatsApp for a last minute appointment. To my surprise, they were able to accommodate me and they even provided me with multiple time options. I arrived to a beautiful, well-appointed studio in what appears to be an upscale section of the city. Carla was my technician—she was so sweet and inviting. A true professional with a gentle touch and a sense of humor. Despite our language barrier, we shared some good laughs thanks to my translator app. She was thorough, efficient, and quick!
